Bree and Matt’s Hana Elopement on the Black Sand Beach will forever have a piece of my heart.

These two travelled from Utah to tie the knot privately on the gorgeous island of Maui. Hana, specifically, is such an incredible place to say your vows. There is no shortage of incredible views. For Bree and Matt, the road to Hana was the perfect place for this elopement.

The couple shared their ceremony overlooking endless blue skies + even bluer water. After which we explored the gorgeous town of Hana- seeing everything from lush greenery to the stunning black sand beaches. These two are so sweet, it was such an honor to capture their love amongst Maui’s beauty.

Before I had even booked our location I reached out to Eden to find her available dates. I wasn’t sure what my wedding dress would be, exactly where we’d be getting married or when. I just knew it had to be Eden who captured it all. Once I got her availability I planned everything around that! Eden’s consistent lighting and editing style is not only amazing, but especially in a sea of photographers she has set herself apart with bright bold photos. I love that every color is so vivid and nothing looks like a preset was slapped on it. She had found multiple locations for shooting and directed helped us pose so we felt comfortable in front of the camera. The only people at our elopement were me, my fiancé, Eden and our videographer. And she made us feel like we were with old friends! Her vision is unparalleled. We received such a wide variety of photos in the most beautiful locations. I remember exactly how I felt in all our pictures she captured the emotion of the day perfectly. So happy we’ll forever have her art to remember our day. And all our family and friends said they felt like they were actually there after seeing all our photos.
