We talk about working smarter, not harder baby. There are so many ways to do things easier and without all of our energy. There are two main ways we can do this in our business.. Shall we dive into them?

1. Let’s talk client workflows. In client workflows are where I especially see people working harder not smarter- if you’re keeping your fingers in every single interraction and point, you’re spending sooo much time you don’t have to. You shouldn’t wait until you burn out to come up with helpful systems- do it now! Automate, automate, automate. See what you can put into a system to cut back on your busy time.
2. Repurposing content! Marketing needs four things – video content, audio content, photo static content, and written content. You only need to create one of each, and then you’re good to go! You can repurpose them throughout each of your marketing platforms.

Instead of looking at your marketing and being stressed about creating so much content, start with one foundation that covers a lot of your variables and repurpose your content from there.
