This shoot idea has been rattling around my brain for over a year but always put off because, well, life. If you’ve known me for a while and had time to talk about creativity, you’ve for sure heard me ramble on about studio’s and confetti. June was one of the craziest months of my life and come July I knew I needed a break for something creative- Within a week I frantically put together the shoot of my dreams, and I could not be happier with the turnout. I wanted to bring my vision to life, while pushing myself to try new things with lighting, posing, and overall structure of my images.

I’ll advocate for shooting for yourself as long as I live- it’s refreshing, and dare I say necessary (guys, seriously, do it). Anyway, I’ll stop rambling because I feel like all I can do is say random nonsense about this shoot as I try to describe what it means to me. Hope you enjoy.
